WG Sports Inc. exists at the intersection of athletics, mentorship, and community development. We believe that organized sports are one of the most powerful tools for building character, creating opportunity, and strengthening the bonds that hold a community together.
Since our founding in Atlanta, Georgia, we have fielded competitive adult sports teams, launched youth mentorship programs, partnered with local businesses, and shown up consistently in the neighborhoods that need it most. Our impact is measured not just in wins and losses but in the lives we touch, the youth we develop, and the community we build.
Every sponsorship dollar, every volunteer hour, and every game played is part of a larger mission: to create a platform where athletics and community service are inseparable.

Youth Development
Through Jett Life YFF, MJCC, i9 Sports, and WG Sports Next Generation, we coach, mentor, and develop Atlanta's youth across football, basketball, golf, and life skills. We show up not just as coaches but as role models, mentors, and community leaders.
Mentorship & Guidance
Our leaders invest personal time in one-on-one mentorship, academic encouragement, and character development. We believe every young person deserves an adult in their corner who shows up consistently and with purpose.
Competitive Athletics
WG Sports fields competitive adult teams across Atlanta's recreational leagues. Our teams compete with excellence, represent their sponsors with pride, and model the values of accountability, brotherhood, and sportsmanship.
Local Business Partnership
Our sponsor-team model puts local Atlanta businesses on jerseys, banners, and social media giving them authentic community visibility while funding the programs that serve our neighborhoods. We grow together.
Fairways & Futures
Our golf mentorship program introduces Atlanta's youth to the game of golf a sport that opens doors in business, education, and life. We believe access to golf should not be limited by zip code or income.
Recovery & Rebuilding
Through our partnership with The Waterford Way Homes, WG Sports extends its mission into recovery support reinforcing that accountability, structure, and community are the foundation of every comeback story.

Jett Life YFF
Competitive youth flag football coaching through the Atlanta Falcons NFL FLAG program. Jean-Paul Waterford has coached Jett Life YFF teams to regional tournament appearances, building athletic fundamentals and team character in Atlanta's youth.
MJCC Youth Programs
Youth NFL Flag Football and NBA Basketball coaching at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta building character, teamwork, and athletic fundamentals across Atlanta's diverse youth community.
i9 Sports Basketball
Certified youth basketball coaching through i9 Sports developing fundamentals, sportsmanship, and confidence in Atlanta's young athletes in a structured, positive environment.
Fairways & Futures
Our signature golf mentorship initiative introduces Atlanta's youth to the game of golf a sport that opens doors in business, education, and life. Led by Coach Fresh Gibbs, an avid golfer and golf coach, this program believes access to the links should not be limited by zip code.
Cub Scouts of America
Jean-Paul Waterford serves as a Pack Leader with Cub Scouts of America instilling values of citizenship, character, and community service in Atlanta's youth beyond the athletic field.
Extending the Mission: Recovery & Community
WG Sports Inc. and The Waterford Way Homes share the same foundation: intention, integrity, and accountability. Both organizations exist to help people show up with purpose and move forward with strength.
The Waterford Way Homes provides structured sober living environments across Metro Atlanta modern homes where residents rebuild stability, develop life skills, and transition into purposeful, self-directed lives. Their mission is a natural extension of everything WG Sports stands for.
Recovery is not only about abstinence it's about learning to live with purpose, responsibility, and respect for oneself and others.
