The WG Sports Next Generation Initiative is the mentorship arm of WG Sports Inc. a structured, intentional effort to connect Atlanta's youth with adult athletes, coaches, and community leaders who are committed to pouring back into the next generation.
Through sports, we teach discipline, accountability, teamwork, and resilience. But the real work happens off the field in the conversations, the check-ins, the moments where a young person realizes someone believes in them.
Every WG Sports team is expected to engage with the community beyond the game. Mentorship isn't a program we run on the side it's woven into the culture of everything we do.

Athletic Development
Structured coaching and skill-building for youth athletes across multiple sports disciplines, led by WG Sports coaches and players.
Academic Accountability
Mentors check in on grades, goals, and school performance. We hold young people to the same standard we hold ourselves on the field.
Character Building
Leadership, respect, and integrity are non-negotiables. We model the behavior we expect and we hold each other accountable.
Community Service
Youth participants engage in community service projects alongside WG Sports members, building a habit of giving back from an early age.
Career Exposure
We connect young people with professionals across industries athletes, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and community leaders to expand their vision of what's possible.

Fairways & Futures is WG Sports Inc.'s signature youth golf program designed to introduce Atlanta's young people to a sport that has historically opened doors to education, business, and professional networks.
Golf teaches patience, focus, and self-regulation in ways few other sports can. But beyond the game itself, Fairways & Futures uses the golf course as a classroom teaching etiquette, professional conduct, and the confidence to walk into any room.
Participants receive equipment, instruction, and access to courses and facilities that would otherwise be out of reach. The goal isn't just to produce golfers it's to produce young people who know how to carry themselves with excellence.
